Terms and Conditions

Below is a list of the terms and conditions that apply to you when you make a booking through this website. If there are any points for which you require clarification or further explanation, please contact us.

1. All successful accommodation bookings result in a confirmation email issued by PartnerGuestHouse.com.
2. It is the responsibility of the client to inform PartnerGuestHouse.com if they do not receive a confirmation email. Please contact: [email protected]
3. Your reservation is made directly with Partner Guesthouse. By submitting this reservation you are entering into a contract with Partner Guesthouse.
4. In order to guarantee your booking, your credit card will be charged a deposit fee stated on the payment page and credit card details will not be stored anywhere. You will pay the balance on our reception either with your credit card or cash.
5. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so by emailing us at [email protected] or on booking details page at http://www.partnerguesthouse.com/booking/cancel. Please state your booking reference number in the email if you decide to do it by email. Unless otherwise stated in the cancellation terms, you may cancel your booking for free up to 7 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations received later than 7 days prior to arrival at the reception will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit you have paid during reservation process. Failure to show for your reservation will also result in a no-show fee equivalent to the deposit payment paid during reservation process.
6. All apartment bookings made on PartnerGuestHouse.com are issued with a Booking Reference Number, you will receive this in your confirmation email. This is your reference number with PartnerGuestHouse.com, please use this reference in all communications with PartnerGuestHouse.com. If you lose this number, you can contact us at [email protected].
7. When arriving at the reception, the name of the lead guest - which is your name, unless you named a different lead guest in the previous page - will be your reference at the hotel, i.e. the apartment will be reserved under that name.

9. The apartment rate quoted at the time of securing your booking on PartnerGuestHouse.com is the price you will pay for your accommodation. Any discrepancies should be addressed to [email protected]. You are responsible for paying in full for any ancillary services that will be provided, which are not explicitly covered by the quoted PartnerGuestHouse.com apartment rate (e.g. transfer service, guide etc.)
10. Should the client decide to alter the arrangements within the contract made with PartnerGuestHouse.com, we will do our best to accommodate such arrangements, but shall not be held liable should it fail to do so.
11. You must be at least 21 years of age to book apartments on PartnerGuestHouse.com
12. Smoking in apartments is strictly prohibited, violation of this provision provides for the application of penalties.
13. Accommodation with animals is forbidden.
14. There is a security deposit required if you book for 1 day on the New Year: 3000UAH studio, 5000UAH one bedroom, 7000UAH two bedroom, 9000 UAH three bedroom.
