Building has a secure entrance with 24/7 concierge, very nice new elevators, beautiful view from windows. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen allowing you to cook your favourite meals, round dining table, soft and comfortable sofa which can be transformed into another double sleeping place if needed, 2 TV sets - one in the living-room and another one in the bedroom, both have a lot of foreign channels. Apartment has air-conditioning to provide you with healthy fresh air. Baby cot is available upon request.

Shota Rustaveli Street lays in Pechersk district of Kiev. Along Shota Rustaveli Street you will find lots of historic sights, monuments and places of interest such as the old "Kinopanorama" cinema, the park with the monument dedicated to Shota Rustaveli, located on the crossing with Saksahanskoho Street, Cinema House and the famous Brodsky Synagogue. The National Sports Complex “Olympiyskiy" is situated just across the street from the apartment where various sports matches, concerts and other events are being held. The Sports Square and the Palace of Sports are also nearby. Just in two minutes walk from Shota Rustaveli 44, you will find the nearest metro station "Olimpiiska", from where you may reach any part of the city within 30 minutes only. The famous Kyiv Planetarium and Kyiv National Operetta Theatre are situated in front of the underground station. On Velyka Vasilkovskaya street you will find various restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as an entertainment, such as the cinema "Kinopanorama" and the "Gulliver" shopping centre.

The cost of living depends on the particular month of the year. Long-stay winter accomodation usually has minimum cost.
Each apartment has a current schedule of availability, which you can check if apartment is free on the date which you are interested in, as well as to find out the rental price per month.
Terms of residence
The accommodation includes all the possible costs and payments on accounts of all public utilities and payment for energy and communication services.
Long-term accommodation in Partner Guest House apartments has the same service as a staying in apartments for a daily rent. The price includes payment for utilities, water, electricity, TV, internet, telephone. Current cleaning of the apartment with change of bed linen and towels (maid service) is also included in the price.
Payment should be made in UAH according to the rate of the National Bank at the time of detention in any form which is convenient for you (cash or bank transfer, credit card)
