A guide to using the various apartment search facility options. These will assist you in finding the apartment that best suits your requirements, whether by date, location, popularity or price.

There are several ways to choose an apartment which suits your needs, see the list of options below to find out more. If you require any further assistance please contact us.

To search for a list of available apartments for your chosen dates, you can use our search function which can be found on the home page. You just need to enter the date that you wish to arrive, the number of nights you will be staying, and the type of apartment you wish to stay in - our search system will check all the apartments and present you with a list of all those that are available.

To list all the Partner Guest House apartments, just click on Apartments menu item on the top menu. This search facility also gives you the option to arrange the apartments in order of popularity, price, and type. Once you have found an apartment which is suitable, you can check for availability by using the Check Availability and Rate facility in each apartment page.

  • Find the available room on your preferred date by using the search box.
  • Choose from the options available for you in the search results.
  • You can proceed with the reservation from here or you can go to the apartment type page (or particular apartment page) to know more about it. View a gallery of, its facilities, as well as a street map.
  • When you find an option that you like, click the "select apartment" checkbox then click “Book Selected Apartments".
  • Enter your personal details in the online client form. After you have completed the form, press Booking Continue.
  • Review the booking summary and the personal details that you entered. You will also see the deposit amount in this page. You can deposit money to our system via Credit Card or Western Union money transfer.
  • If you opt to pay with credit card like 95 percent of our customers do, you will be redirected to the secure credit card processing page. Here, you will need to enter your credit card information to complete your payment. Once the credit card payment is complete, you will be redirected back to a website page showing your reservation ID number. Please take note of this.
  • If your payment is successful, wait for confirmation of booking in your email inbox. This will signify that the processing is complete and all you need to do is show up at our reception.
  • On arrival to the reception, just provide your name and the receptionist will take care of you as you check in.
  • Enjoy your stay.

You can search for available apartments by using the Apartment Search Form found on the Home page. In the check-in and check-out fields choose the dates and the type of apartment that you require. For more information on the search function, you can view our Searching For An Apartment section.

After clicking Search Apartments Now on the Apartment Search Form, you will find options available for your preferred date. Here, you will find the picture gallery and a brief description of each apartment available to you. If you want to know more about these apartment, click on the apartment picture, or click the view details link.

View our apartment gallery and choose from the units in the list. Click on the book selected apartment button for that room of your choice.

After you have clicked the book selected apartments button, you will find a breadcrumb links at the top of the page. This set of links will tell you where you are in the booking process and how many more steps you need to finalize your booking. Each link in the trail has a set of forms that you have to fill up. You will also see help links to guide you through every step of the process.

  • Confirmation of availability: All apartments are instantly available once you finalize your booking. Thus, clients do not have to wait for a confirmation email regarding availability.
  • Booking confirmation: Once you select any of our available apartments, you need to place a deposit to confirm your booking. After you have completed your payment, you can consider you reservation confirmed.
  • A confirmation email is sent to you: You will receive an e-mail confirming your booking a few minutes after you have completed your deposit payment. Make sure that the confirmation e-mail has your booking reference number, reservation details including dates and apartment rates. You can also find the instruction in the email if you wish to modify or cancel the booking.

After you have received the confirmation booking e-mail, you just have to show up at the reception and check in at the agreed date. When you check in, all you need to do is tell us your name. You will also receive a copy of the invoice for the accommodation at the end of your stay. Regarding payment methods on the reception, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express systems) and cash.

Ninety-five percent of our clients use our secure credit card payment system to finalize their booking with us. For this reason, we make sure that we apply only the most secure methods that will protect the privacy of our clients. We do not divulge personal information or your credit card information. In addition, we use industry standard 128bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL encryption ensures that your data is guarded as you send your credit card details to us.

SSL stands or Secure Socket Layer. This is a protocol developed by Netscape to transmit files through the internet. SSL uses two keys to encrypt data - a public key that is known to the respondents, and a private key that is know only to the recipient of the file. Most browsers support SSL and many websites use SSL to secure information such as credit card details, Email accounts, and user registration for highly secured sites. To make sure that the page is encrypted with SSL, the URL of the page must start with https:// instead of http://.

How long will it take before I receive confirmation on my booking?

We will send a confirmation e-mail few minutes after you finalize your booking. Sometimes, it takes a little longer before your booking is confirmed. If you have not received your confirmation after a few hours, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can sort things out.

Will I receive my booking confirmation by post mail?

No. We only confirm reservations through e-mail. The e-mail that will be sent to you should have your booking reference, apartment info, unit rates, your confirmation number, and the cancellation policy. If you want a written confirmation sent to your postal address, please make the request before you finalize your booking.

How can I change my reservations?

If you want to change the details of your booking, you can contact us either by phone or e-mail. Some clients change their current reservation by extending their length of stay or by changing their room requirements. We will gladly accept changes in your booking details. We will change the reservation details as your wish, then send you an e-mail to reflect the new reservation details. If we cannot meet your requests, we are ready with alternative arrangements that you can consider.

Reducing the length of stay falls into cancellation of policy. Please consult the cancellation procedure section to know more.

We will do our best to keep in touch with you regarding the changes in reservations. If you contact us outside of working hours, we might not get back to you with all the details as quickly. Rest assured we will address your concerns and keep in touch as soon as possible.

Cancellation policy:

Please read and understand our cancellation policy stated below:

Cancellation more than 8 days prior to arrival: FREE OF CHARGE.

Cancellations 7 nights or less days before arrival are subject to a cancellation charge of deposit payment.

Exclusions:
Cancellations for the stay between the 31th of December and the 1st of Jan must be made at least three months prior to arrival!

Cancellations received less than three months prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge of deposit payment.

Reducing the number of nights (in advance or during the stay) will be treated as a cancellation of the reduced nights and as such will be subject to the cancellation policy with conditions described above.

Cancellation procedure:

Please follow these easy steps below if you wish to proceed with the cancellation of your reservation:

  1. Open the booking confirmation sent to your e-mail inbox. Each conformation letter has a unique Booking Reference. Please take note of your Booking Reference. Scroll down to the cancellation link to start your cancellation. You can also use the cancelation form from the link below. CANCELLATION FORM
  2. The cancellation link will send you to the “Find Your Booking Section". Once there, type your Booking Reference Number and your Surname in the form. Then click the find your booking button.
  3. You will then find your booking details on the next page. From this page, you can either:
    • Ask for a new confirmation letter sent to your e-mail; or
    • Cancel your booking. Click Cancel My Booking button if you wish to cancel your booking.
  4. A pop-up window will appear to ask for confirmation. If you are really sure that you want to cancel your booking, click the "Yes" button to confirm.
  5. A new e-mail confirming your cancellation of booking will be sent to your e-mail. This letter contains a header text: "CANCELLATION OF BOOKING". Please take note of this e-mail to be assured of your cancellation.

What happens if I do not cancel and do not show up in the apartment?

If you were not able to cancel successfully after the 7 days prior to the check-in date and do not show up, you will be charged a non-arrival fee against your credit card. The non-arrival fee is equal to the deposit payment paid during the reservation process.
