Apartments for a long-term rent in Kiev city center. Partner Guest House offers all the apartments for a long-term lease (accomodation from 1 month) without payment of commission, agency and additional fees. The cost of living depends on the particular month of the year. Long-stay winter accomodation usually has minimum cost.
Each apartment has a current schedule of availability, which you can check if apartment is free on the date which you are interested in, as well as to find out the rental price per month.
Terms of residence
The accommodation includes all the possible costs and payments on accounts of all public utilities and payment for energy and communication services.
Long-term accommodation in Partner Guest House apartments has the same service as a staying in apartments for a daily rent. The price includes payment for utilities, water, electricity, TV, internet, telephone. Current cleaning of the apartment with change of bed linen and towels (maid service) is also included in the price.
Payment should be made in UAH according to the rate of the National Bank at the time of detention in any form which is convenient for you (cash or bank transfer, credit card)
