It has all facilities necessary for good rest and nice disposition i.e. a small table, a big TV-set with satellite channels, broadband high speed Internet connection, DVD and a modern stereo system. Ruby color prevails here too – ruby sofa, tiny bright-striped carpet on the floor and striped curtains as well. Two paintings also follow the mysterious ruby tradition. Three big lamps and a big window make the apartment very light and spacious. Cozy kitchen is separated from the living room with a small bar and two bar-chairs. The kitchen, decorated in a modern European style, has all the necessary facilities which will help you to cook delicious meals with no effort at all. Even bathroom follows the same ruby-striped style. There you can find a Jacuzzi bath-tub with hydro-massage, wash-basin, a mirror and a w.c. Powerful air-conditioner makes the whole atmosphere fresh and bracing with the suitable temperature. Armored doors and a safe good lock will protect you and give you a feeling of being safe and sound. Baby cot is available upon request.

Saksahanskogo Street is located in Pechersky, Goloseevsky and Shevchenkovsky districts of Kiev. It leads from Esplanadna Street to Peremohy Square. The cost of living depends on the particular month of the year. Long-stay winter accomodation usually has minimum cost.
Each apartment has a current schedule of availability, which you can check if apartment is free on the date which you are interested in, as well as to find out the rental price per month.
Terms of residence
The accommodation includes all the possible costs and payments on accounts of all public utilities and payment for energy and communication services.
Long-term accommodation in Partner Guest House apartments has the same service as a staying in apartments for a daily rent. The price includes payment for utilities, water, electricity, TV, internet, telephone. Current cleaning of the apartment with change of bed linen and towels (maid service) is also included in the price.
Payment should be made in UAH according to the rate of the National Bank at the time of detention in any form which is convenient for you (cash or bank transfer, credit card)
