Should you prefer to walk, you are only 5 minutes away from broad Khreschatyk street, Independence Square (Maydan Nezalezhnosti), European Square (Yevropeys'ka Ploscha) with numerous boutiques, shops and restaurants. The whole apartment is suffused with natural light from large, south-facing windows. The renovated and redesigned apartment consists of a living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, a separate bedroom, and a full bathroom with showerand modern styling. One of the advantages of the building is its location - business and cultural center of Kiev - Baseina Street. Everything you need for your comfortable stay you will find in the vicinity. Across the street from the building there is a large shopping center "Gulliver" with a variety of shops, restaurants, cinema and the 24/7 supermarket. Main street of Kiev - Khreshchatyk, entertainment center "Arena City" and the other attractions of the capital are located within the walking distance from the building. In the surrounding streets, as well as on Baseina, you can find a variety of well-known restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The nearest metro station - "Palace of Sports" is located in two minutes of walk.

Apartments for a long-term rent in Kiev city center. Partner Guest House offers all the apartments for a long-term lease (accomodation from 1 month) without payment of commission, agency and additional fees. The cost of living depends on the particular month of the year. Long-stay winter accomodation usually has minimum cost.
Each apartment has a current schedule of availability, which you can check if apartment is free on the date which you are interested in, as well as to find out the rental price per month.
Terms of residence
The accommodation includes all the possible costs and payments on accounts of all public utilities and payment for energy and communication services.
Long-term accommodation in Partner Guest House apartments has the same service as a staying in apartments for a daily rent. The price includes payment for utilities, water, electricity, TV, internet, telephone. Current cleaning of the apartment with change of bed linen and towels (maid service) is also included in the price.
Payment should be made in UAH according to the rate of the National Bank at the time of detention in any form which is convenient for you (cash or bank transfer, credit card)
